ICE arrests of people with no criminal history

Since the start of President Donald Trump's second term through Mar. 10, 2026, 38% of all ICE arrests involved people with no criminal convictions or pending charges. In several states, the percentage is much higher. In Washington state, 47% of arrests were of people with no criminal history.

Note: ICE also arrested people without criminal histories in locations not shown on the map, including Washington D.C. (77% of arrests), U.S. military bases (39%), Guam (8%), Northern Mariana Islands (49%), Puerto Rico (52%), the U.S. Virgin Islands (69%) and unknown locations (33%).
