Clearwater Threshers launch fireworks each week. Advocates say they're harming a nearby eagle nest. 

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service guidance says fireworks shouldn't be launched within a half-mile of an active eagle nest. The nest in Clearwater is roughly 1,000 feet from the firework launching point, according to Google Maps.
