CDD Disability Housing 

The Center for Developmentally Disabled plans to break ground on the first single-family home in the Marlborough neighborhood this summer and has two more plots of land in Independence and Blue Ridge (black). Already, the CDD has built a duplex for six residents in the Northland and has another in Independence that will be ready for occupancy in July (red).
