Total revenue and expenditure in Reno

For years before 2016, revenue and expenditure totals are measured in real 2020 Dollars. For years 2017 through 2020, revenue and expenditure are measured in real 2021 Dollars. For years following 2021, each year's revenue and expenditures will reflect their respective year's real dollars.
