Active prescription drug shortages by cause, Nov. 2023 

As of late November this year, Health Canada says there are 1,046 drug shortages nationwide, with 2,452 reported this year in total.

Note: A single drug may have multiple shortages reported, as separate shortage reports are required for different package sizes or presentations of the drug.
