2023 MBA Pay: Operations

Stanford GSB, whose graduates historically rank among the top-paid starting out, produced just one graduate who entered the Operations field. Harvard Business School also matched Stanford GSB’s total of one graduate in Operations. With the field cleared, the highest-paid Operations grad came out of UC-Berkeley’s Haas School in 2023. Here, 7 Haasies collected $164,500, besting the 3 Cornell Johnson grads who averaged $154,600. MIT Sloan might be a better gauge for how much top MBAs are worth in Operations, however. Their 26 MBAs posted $145,363 for Operations. The highest Operations base -- $200,000 – went to a University of Chicago Booth grad, followed by UC Berkeley Haas ($197,000).
