Home prices are up

The median sales price for homes in central Minnesota is up 20% year-to-date, higher than the 10% statewide.

Central region includes Stearns, Benton, Sherburne and Wright counties. St. Cloud metro covers cities of St. Cloud, Waite Park, St. Joseph, Sartell and Sauk Rapids.
