Top Nationwide CD Rate Hit 6% in August 2023

For the first time since the Federal Reserve began raising interest rates in March 2022, a nationally available CD with a rate of 6.00% APY hit the market in August 2023. Rates below represent the top nationally available rate in any CD term on the last day of each month.
