Change in number of freshman applications from California schools since the UCs stopped accepting SAT/ACT scores

Since 2017-19, every campus has seen at least a 50% increase in the number of applications with a strong academic record, with the less selective campuses receiving the biggest increase. The most selective campuses have also seen a big increase in the number of applications with a weak academic record.
