Cayce votes to not extend past noise ordinance for festival

Hidden City Music Festival returns to the Historic Columbia Speedway for two nights in April, but the dance party will be forced to end at 10 p.m., after the town voted to not extend festivities past the town’s noise ordinance, citing many noise complaints coming from residents of Mossy Creek neighborhood.
