While 75 percent of school districts would likely see a property tax decrease under Gov. Chris Christie's school funding plan, many could also see substantial increases. Because Christie declined to provide figures for these towns, NJ Advance Media calculated the projected property tax increase for the average homeowner in 15 districts, were they applied to today's budget.
