Lobbyist expenditures by year

Lobbyists have already spent more on expenditures like ads and wining and dining lawmakers in 2025 than they did in any of the previous four years. The increase in spending occurs as legislative efforts to increase lobbyist transparency failed again in the Legislature this year.
