Americans, including majorities of Democrats and Independents, oppose Congress approving supplemental funding for the war in Iran.

If the war in Iran continues and President Trump asks Congress for more funding for the war, sometimes called supplemental funding, do you support or oppose Congress approving the additional funds?

The Searchlight Institute and Tavern Research conducted an online survey of 1,531 likely 2026 voters from March 16-18 2026. The results were weighted by gender, race, education, age, and 2024 presidential vote choice. The margin of error for this survey is +/- 4.1% and is higher for subgroups.
