Winter Park considers protest restrictions

City commissioners Wednesday night delayed action on a proposed ordinance to ban protests on the Winter Park Library and Events Center property. Two commissioners questioned the constitutionality of the proposal. The dotted red line shows the preliminary area of the ban.
