Suburban school district property values

Property values in Allegheny County outside Pittsburgh sank by nearly $570 million in 2022 and 2023 due to tax appeals. This chart shows how each of the county’s 42 suburban school districts fared in terms of the rise or fall of values in their jurisdictions.
