While the number of Wharton grads who fail to complete the school's reports climbs, so have the percentage of graduates who are not longer seeking jobs, either because they are sponsored and returning to an employer or doing a startup. Students not seeking a job have doubled to 24.8% last year from only 12.7% in 2008.
