In 2020, the College of Nurses of Ontario's RN loss rates follow, grouped by age. 2.3 per cent of nurses aged 18-24 departed from the CNO. 3.3 per cent of nurses aged 25-29 departed from the CNO. 2.7 per cent of nurses aged 30-34 departed from the CNO. 1.8 per cent of nurses aged 35-39 departed from the CNO. 1.5 per cent of nurses aged 40-44 departed from the CNO. 1.6 per cent of nurses aged 45-49 departed from the CNO. 2.3 per cent of nurses 50-54 departed from the CNO. 5.8 per cent of nurses aged 55-59 departed from the CNO. 17 per cent of nurses aged 60-64 departed from the CNO.
RN respondents aged 65 or older are not visualized to maintain visual clarity. The CNO's loss rate for this age group was 24.4% for 2020.
