The issue of "crime, drugs and public safety" ranked highest in both years, with 41% of residents naming it as a top issue in 2020 and 61% in 2025. Only three issues out of the seven listed increased from 2020 to 2025: crime, affordability and infrastructure. Poverty/homelessness, the economy, sanitation and education all decreased.
