The activity levels in wastewater sampling, percent of Emergency Department visits diagnosed with Covid, test positivity rate, and hospital admissions per 100,000 people in the USA by week: Jan 6, 2024 to Oct 3, 2026.

Data for the last two weeks (highlighted in grey) are provisional and subject to revision.  The Wastewater Viral Activity Level is determined using a baseline from the previous 24 months, so data older than two years cannot be compared. Coverage for the hospital admission rate is only for thirteen States and may not be representative of the USA.
