Tough Job Market for New College Graduates

The jobless rate for new college graduates has surpassed that for all workers every month since January 2021.

Note: Rates are seasonally adjusted and smoothed with a three-month moving average. All workers are those age 16 to 65. Recent college graduates are those age 22 to 27 with at least a bachelor’s degree.
