Debt vs climate finance in least-developed countries in Asia

Bangladesh, Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Myanmar spent more in debt than receiving any climate financing in 2022. Lao PDR is already in debt distress or in high risk of defaulting. On the other hand, Nepal ,Timor-Leste, and Afghanistan's debts were less than climate funding received.
