Oracle Food & Beverage released a survey in April that showed more than two-thirds of the U.S. fans surveyed said they “definitely or probably would use” use mobile apps, tablets and/or self-service kiosks to allow them to order food and drinks at a sports venue. The online survey covered 401 avid sports fans in the U.S. who had attended at least one MLB, NFL, professional soccer or NHL game in the past 12 months.
