Pa. Vaccine Delivery Lags CDC Allocation

In the first week of vaccine shipments, Pennsylvania counties (excluding Philadelphia) received their full allocation of 97,500 doses. Delivery has lagged ever since, typically reaching the total of allocated doses one week later. That wasn't the case last week, as the total received by counties grew to 1.3 million doses, short of the 1.4 million doses that should have been received by the previous week.

Philadelphia is handling its own vaccine distribution and is not included in the numbers provided by either the CDC or the state health department.
