Every year, the Financial Times also measures each school's faculty on their published research output. Wharton, which had been tied for top honors in research last year iwth Harvard, took sole possession of first in this latest 2020 ranking.
The Financial Times MBA ranking takes into account faculty research, giving this metric a 10% weight in the overall MBA ranking. A school's research rank is based on the number of articles published by current full-time faculty members in 50 journals between January 2017 and August 2019.
