The size of the bubble shows total amount through pooled funds and the color indicates share of UN pooled funds. Countries with under 10% of earmarked development expenditures coming via pooled funds are not included in the map. For refernce, QCPR and Funding Compact target is 15% at least of unearmarked resources going through UN pooled funds.
