Notes: PSAP totals for each year were calculated using NHTSA's annual 911 progress report, which includes territories. Where data was unavailable for a jurisdiction, a count was taken from the FCC's current master PSAP registry. A direct count of PSAPs for 2017 was unavailable, so the total for that year was calculated as an average of the totals for 2016 and 2018.
