Diesel price changes -- Jan. 1, 2024-Dec. 29, 2025

Diesel prices in 2025 saw plenty of ups and downs, but in the end, the national average is right where it was to start the year at $3.50/gallon. Prices are currently on a 6-week decline that's seen prices fall by 37 cents to close out the year.
