Length of service among the 145 employees who took part in the 2022 staff survey: 26% = Less than one year; 38%= 1 to 5 years; 14% = 6 to 10 years; 12% = 11 to 15 years; 10% = 16 or more years. One respondent did not answer the gender identity question.
