Data are in millimeters per year. Sites in Virginia shown in red.

Trends over 30 years were calculated based on monthly data from NOAA's "Sea Level Trends" site. These data include land motion, and are adjusted to remove the seasonal cycle. Sites with less than 70 percent complete years were excluded.
