Core NYC Weekly Residential Contract-Signings: April 13-19, 2026

During the past week, 42 residential sale contracts asking more than $3.9 million were signed across core areas of New York City. As per usual, condos led activity among the priciest deals, most of which were in newer developments where amenities, services, and views continue to resonate with high-end buyers. The two priciest deals (by last ask) were sponsor condos in towering skyscrapers overlooking Central Park.
