4 school districts lose exemption from Arkansas’ school transfer law
The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Junction City, Hope, Camden Fairview and Lafayette County school districts cannot be exempt from the state’s school transfer law because of past desegregation rulings.
