Cold-Link Logistics seeks Apopka expansion

The company plans to spend about $40 million on an addition to an existing building at 2560 W. Orange Blossom Trail to increase its storage capacity by about 25%. Construction is expected to start by the middle of 2026 and take a year to complete.
