Philadelphia Moving Closer to the Next Response Level

The seven-day average of new COVID-19 cases is getting close to hitting the city's benchmarks for invoking the "Caution" response level, which would require proof of vaccination for indoor dining. That response level could be invoked if the average is 225 or higher and the 10-day change in the average is 50% or greater. The latest average is 224, a 61% increase from 10 days earlier.
