Difference in residence hall costs for different occupancies

Single occupancy dorms cost the most, followed by doubles and then triples. While the differences between triples vs. doubles and triples vs. singles have both decreased by nearly identical amounts, the price difference between doubles and singles has remained relatively stagnant.
