Most reports of sexual harassment and other misconduct against faculty and staff at Minnesota colleges don't result in public discipline, usually because employees resign before they are formally disciplined. Over five years, one MN State and five U of M employees have been terminated after a sexual misconduct finding. The U has recently had an increase in complaints amid a high-profile initiative to prevent misconduct.
