Gentrification in the Largest Metro Areas

About 11 percent of census tracts in Philadelphia that were subject to gentrification have actually gentrified, according to a study by the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. That share ranks the region 25th out of the top 100 metro areas in the United States.
