Partial UI refers to those reporting earnings during that week as a percent of all paid claims. Denied UI Payment is as a percent of Potentially Eligible Claims, which is the sum of the number of paid claimants and the number of individuals denied payment because of excess weekly earnings or full time work. Does not include PUA claims.
