Only independent practices were implementing eConsults in Q1 and Q2. Health system practices began implementing eConsults in Q3, which was August-October 2021. The total projected eConsult utilization was based on (a) ConferMED's experience in a Medicaid population and (b) expected specialty volume and when each specialty was implemented in the pilot.
