Correlation of Functional Marker Frequencies, TokuKit-fixed vs. Fresh Whole Blood

These data show the correlation between fresh whole blood and TokuKit-fixed specimens from three healthy donors. Each point represents the correlation of the median functional subset frequency within each cell population between fresh and fixed whole blood specimens. Specimens were processed on Teiko's 25-marker Spectral Flow Cytometry panel.
