There are 132 respondents who indicated that the process was “too hard” and 132 respondents who said the process was “just right.” A respondent could list more than one reason why they found the process “too hard” or “just right.” In these cases, the respondent is tagged to multiple codes. The average number of codes per respondent is 1.3, and therefore categories may sum to over 100%. “No detail” refers to responses that indicated criteria is “too hard” without sufficient explanation to categorize.
