This chart shows Trump’s share of the two-party vote, so the further to the right a county is, the more it voted for Trump. The arrows show the shift in vote: Arrows to the left mean Biden received more of the vote than Clinton did. The larger the arrow, the greater the shift.
For example, the statewide vote shifted 0.97 points to the left, crossing the 50% threshold to give Biden the win over Trump. Delaware County shifted 1.94 points to the left.
