Includes respondents who reported having one or more of: fibromyalgia, arthritis or rheumatism, back problems, hypertension, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, had a heart attack, cancer (present or past), suffering from the effects of a stroke, kidney dysfunction or disease, liver or gallbladder problems.

2. Includes respondents who reported having heart disease, having had a heart attack or suffering from the effects of a stroke.
