Daily rates for short-term are up about 70 per cent year-over-year for Swift's Toronto concert dates, according to short-term rentals data for 30 days starting on the first friday of November. The tail end of Swift's Eras Tour has seen the average daily rate climb to $355 for a Toronto short-term rental, compared to $204 a year earlier.
