Suspect accused of shooting at sheriff's deputy

Cesar Joel Fraile-Garcia is accused of shooting at Yakima County Sheriff's Deputy Jordan Allen near Knight Lane and Campbell Road Feb. 10, 2026, and then fleeing in a high-speed chase that ended near Jones and Campbell roads.
