CTU based on the average for teachers on the 208-day schedule in Lane 1 Step 13 and Lane 2 Step 12 in the 2022-23 school year, whose 2023 salaries most closely match the average teacher salary for the district in fiscal year 2023. Private sector earnings have been adjusted to match fiscal years. Inflation measures changes from July 2012-January 2024.
