Core NYC Weekly Residential Contract-Signings: March 23-29, 2026

During the third full week of March 2026, 38 residential contracts were signed across New York City for apartments and townhouses asking over $3.9 million. Seven deals had last asks above $10 million, including two at the Flatiron Building. A park-facing four-bedroom at 15 Central Park West achieved the highest price per square foot of the week, and would more than double its 2007 purchase price if sold at its last ask.
