Manhattan Residential Apartment Sales | June 15 - 21, 2025

Last week, Manhattan recorded nearly $438 million in apartment closings across 229 sales, including four sales over $10 million. The top 12 sales were all within condo buildings finished or converted in the last 20 years. Sixteen of the 20 top sales were condos, with the highest co-op sale being a $5.6M sale at 80 Central Park West. Of note, the first three closings at Hendrix House were reported this past week.
