Indonesia deforestation in hectares from 2001 to 2024 

Deforestation data from 2001 to 2022 was obtained by overlaying the University of Maryland's Lossyear data with the 2000 forest cover from the Ministry of Forestry. Deforestation data for 2023 and 2024 was obtained using Auriga Nusantara's STADI (Status Deforestasi Indonesia), available at https://simontini.id.
