SF rents are finally matching the pace of other U.S. cities

After the pandemic, year-over-year rent increases rebounded far quicker in other U.S. cities.

This chart uses three-month moving averages for all unit types in each city. Missing values in August and September 2020 were estimated using linear interpolation.
