All referendums were held between 2019-2022.

Halifax County's referendum was approved in 2019. Charlotte, Gloucester, Henry, Northampton and Patrick County's referendums were approved in 2020. Danville's was approved in 2021, and Pittsylvania County's was approved in 2022.
